Restocking
While we love that you love our products, we try to bring a small quantity of each piece so you know what you have is special. We know some pieces are especially popular, and while we cannot promise this, we will try to restock them from time to time. Want to see something come back? Delivery
We want to get you and your darling pieces together as soon as possible, but because we are a small team of 2 and we do all our packing of orders by ourselves, there might be some delays. We promise that all items will be shipped out within 5 to 7 business days by local mail, and should you require expedited delivery please DM us to arrange for a courier at an additional fee. We regret to inform you that we currently only ship locally within Singapore, and we appreciate your kind patience as we work to add more countries to our list of places we deliver to.
Returns Policy
We accept returns on unused, full-priced items that is in its original condition and packaging, within 7 days from receiving. All sales are final thereafter.
Condition of items to be returned
Please make sure that all items show no apparent signs of wear.
Initiating the returns process
1. Email us at hello@shoptherenaissance.com to let us know why you would like to return the item. Do include a valid order number and a picture of the defect (if any) in the email.
2. Upon our acknowledgement, please pack and send your parcel within 7 working days using a trackable mode of delivery* to our address that will be stated in the email.
3. The return item(s) will be assessed and once your return request has been approved, you’ll be issued store credits in the form of a unique code within 5 working days.
*Do note that we will not be responsible for any lost mail if non-trackable mailing options are being used.
Validity of store credits
Store credits issued can be applied with the unique code on your next purchase, valid up to 2 months from the date of issue.
